Introduction

Common Entrance Examination for Design 2018 (CEED 2018) will be conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay to offer admission to students in Master of Design (MDes) and PhD programmes. On the basis of a candidate’s score in CEED exam, he/she can secure admission in MDes course on offer at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IISc Bangalore, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Hyderabad, IIITDM Jabalpur and UPES Dehradun and PhD programme on offer at IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad and IIT Kanpur. GATE qualified candidates will also be preferred for admissions in M.Des level. CEED 2018 exam dates are declared and the test is scheduled to be held on January 20th. The exam pattern of CEED comprises of questions to test a candidate’s visual perception ability, creativity, drawing skills, logical reasoning, as well as communication skills. Candidates can practice for CEED exam 2018 from available mock tests, study materials, previous year papers and coaching centres.
