Direct Admission of Students Abroad

Introduction

Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) is a scheme introduced by Ministry of Human Resources and Development meant to help non-resident Indians, and foreign nationals to gain admission to institutes across the country. Admissions into engineering is offered by 47 participating institutes through DASA. Interested candidates should have passed 12^th boards with 60% marks and qualified in SAT with minimum score of 1440 in SAT subjects. Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, will prepare a merit list on the basis of the total marks in SAT Subject Test Scores for counselling and seat allotment process. Applications are available from April every year.
