Introduction

Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Pondicherry also known as JIPMER imparts undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. Admission to all courses in the university is done on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance test conducted by the university. The admission dates for JIPMER 2018 is not released yet. Interested students have to apply for the entrance test which is based on the CBSE syllabus for class 11 and 12. The mode of test is online. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the test. Results are generally declared in the third week of July every year.
