About the Authors

Lynn Russell has over 20 years of experience in teaching Management Communications in Columbia. She started the faculty development program at Columbia Business School and worked with Ph.D. students and professors to improve their communication skills. She is also the president of a communications consulting company in New York City and routinely assists executives who want help preparing or delivering presentations.
Mary Munter
Mary Munter is presently teaching management communications in Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. She had previously taught at Stanford Graduate School of Business and various other universities. Mary has been consulted with over 90 corporate clients and has written umpteen number of books and articles.
